ORDER POLICY:
Due to the nature of special occasion merchandise all sales are final, however if you have any issues please contact us as it is our goal to have happy customers.  In the event that your package is damaged upon delivery, we ask that you contact us immediately so we are able to address the problem with the carrier and issue you an exchange.

PAYMENT:
All credit cards are excepted.
Credit Cards will not be processed until the ship date is confirmed through the manufacturer. Stock items will be charged immediately. You will get a email conformation and receipt after placing your order.
  
SHIPPING CHARGES:
All regular priced gowns ship for FREE in the US!
Jewelry and Shibou items purchased with a gown also ship for free.
Jewelry and Shibou not purchased with a gown ship for $5 
Shoes ship for $8
Rush and Super rush shipping available upon request. Please contact us for information on these options.

SALES TAX:
Sales tax will be added to any order shipping within the state of Florida.

REGISTRY:
All of our Prom, Pageant, and Formal Gowns will be registered with Twilight Prom and Pageant. We will not sell the same dress in the same color to the same school or event. We can not guarantee this service for online orders.
